Para-Sols provides support to Financial Advisers who find themselves spending too much time stuck in the office, and not enough time out seeing their clients. It offers the advisers the ability to outsource technical work such as research and report writing - leaving them to go and do what they do best which is advise. This support is called Paraplanning within the financial services industry, hence Para-Sols; Paraplanning Solutions!

Para-Sols is still running and we now have 5 employees. However, finding the first employee took over 12 months! This is because there is no recruitment service available currently which is directed at small businesses - recruitment consultants are far too expensive for Sole Traders and Job Boards simply took my money, without any quality candidates which also added up to be really costly.

Furthermore, as I had never recruited before, I didn't really know what I was doing and so made a lot of mistakes. For small businesses/sole traders, these kinds of mistakes can literally result in the end of the company.

We have therefore created www.jobhathq.com which is designed to meet all of these needs. Feel free to look at the website to register interest or to complete our short survey which will enable you to access a free job listing as soon as the site goes live!
