Details of the 8 businesses that have made it through to the Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2010 UK Final.

Hundreds of businesses entered the Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2010, and following an initial sift which narrowed them down to a Shell LiveWIRE 'Hot 40', a panel of regional judges has decided that the 8 listed below will go through to the UK final in London on 13th October.

The UK Final

The next stage of the competition will see each of these young entrepreneurs face a panel of judges headed up by Dragons' Den star and entrepreneur Duncan Bannatyne at Shell Centre in London on 12th October, before the overall winner is announced the following day at the
Shell LiveWIRE LIVE! event on 13th October.

The Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2010 competition received hundreds of applications from across the UK, and following an initial sift for eligibility and completeness, our panel of independent judges has now narrowed them down to a shortlist of the very best regional entries which we have dubbed the Shell LiveWIRE ‘Hot 40’.

Over the next 7 days, a team of Regional Judges will be looking at each of these applicants to decide on the 8 that will make it through to our UK Final in London on 13th October.
